- Because items are handmade and or custom designed, I am unable to accept returns.

- Defective items will receive store credit or will be promptly replaced.
- In the event that you may have purchased an item that is Sold Out or Out of Stock, I will most certainly consider a refund.
- Processing time for all orders is 3-5 business days plus shipping time (NOT including holidays). Some orders are ready to be shipped within 24-48 hours after purchase. Unfortunately prices have gone up on shipping. Jewelry shipping is $8, and $1 for each additional item. Art work from Creative Creations are $19 to ship, and $1 for each additional item. Jewelry being shipped internationally is $22, and $3 for each additional item. Some art work (depending on size) from Creative Creations being shipped internationally is $33, and $3 for each additional item. **INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING can take up to 10 - 25 days to arrive.**
